I cannot see what I want. Can you make something to my exact requirements?

How long do orders take to arrive?
Orders are processed every day. Stock items are posted out the same day. Custom orders are usually posted out within 24 hours of receiving your order. Allow 2-3 days for Royal Mail and 48 hours for couriered items
Postage is free for orders over £40

Can you send items straight to someone else?
Unless told otherwise, all items will be sent to the order address. However, if you would like something sent to someone as a gift, like a birthday, just say so at the point of ordering. Nothing is too much trouble for Grandad

How are mistakes rectified?
Grandad occasionally makes mistakes just like anyone. If this happens with your order, simply get in touch and he will guarantee to resolve it. When ordering custom items, make sure you check spelling etc as refunds/exchanges will not be made if you have made an error

Is my ID card information safe?
Grandad is registered with the ICO for data protection. This means that any personal information received has to be stored securely and never shared. That said, no financial information is ever captured and/or stored

What about environmental issues?
Grandad genuinely cares about his impact on the environment. He loves to make items from reclaimed materials. From old pallets to driftwood, Grandad has been known to use all sorts of timber. Any purchased timber is from sustainable resources and carries the FSC mark

What materials can Grandad engrave on?
The laser machine can cut/engrave most materials such as wood, acrylic, thin metal, jewellery and glass
